Hourly rate: $18.00‑$18.00
Responsibilities
Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams.
Manage the guest resolution process, including investigation of the situation and creative problem‑solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle emergencies that may develop in the hotel, with full authority to contact all providers and ensure all issues are reported and resolved.
Assist any department that is short‑staffed or needs additional help.
Have complete understanding of Front Office staff’s job descriptions and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time.
Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system at the front office, including all daily transactions and those that are not performed often.
