Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in exterior remodeling, with a focus on siding, cladding, or windows.

Proven track record of leading teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and solve problems proactively.

Experience with project management software and digital workflow tools; familiarity with Buildertrend is a plus.

Ability to develop and implement efficient processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, metrics, and performance tracking.

Compensation $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
