Catering Coordinator – Full‑Time
Location: Busch Stadium, Saint Louis, Missouri
Pay
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Your role: Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full‑time Catering Coordinator to plan and execute events at Busch Stadium.
You will work with team members and clients to create lasting memories for guests at a variety of events and be part of the gameday action.

What You Will Do
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events
Create and maintain contact with client representatives
Establish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goals
Partner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful event
Maximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event
More About You
Must be at least 21 years old
Previous customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of budgetary practices for events is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem‑solve and operate in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
No experience or diploma required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
