We look for a licensed counselor or social worker who supports our mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” by providing counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment as part of an integrated care team. Full‑time Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care. Provide counseling to patients through evidence‑based practice. Deliver patient education on substance use and recovery. Ensure accountability and patient compliance by collaborating with the treatment program. Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward freedom from addiction. Act as a clinic resource, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 regulations. Requirements
Minimum: Master’s Degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, counseling, nursing) with experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. At least one year of full‑time employment or internship in a human‑services setting, or a Master’s Degree in behavioral science. Licensed as a counselor or social worker: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC. Benefits
