In a digital‑first environment, our objective is to engage users at key moments of interaction with content that is relevant, informative, and actionable. This role oversees a strategy focused on creating compelling content, balancing long‑form and snackable formats while leveraging video – helping to scale across various channels and customer journeys. The approach combines data‑driven storytelling with disciplined distribution and measurement. Messaging will adapt to different audiences, from operators seeking evidence of product compatibility with their workflows to executives requiring assurance of our solutions' ability to address enterprise-level challenges. The result will be modern, coherent narratives that distinguish the brand, build trust, and deliver measurable business value.

This role oversees Public Relations (PR), Analyst Relations (AR), Content Marketing and Creative, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop content strategies from the ground up, manage complex campaigns, and leads from the front to foster strong cross‑functional relationships. This leader will be instrumental in positioning the company as an industry thought leader through compelling content, branded research, and innovative approaches to how we tell our story.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all content has a clear purpose, distribution plan, and measurable impact.
Content Development & Campaign Execution
Lead creation of branded research and thought leadership content to fuel PR and marketing campaigns.
Drive modern content formats—short‑form, video, and interactive assets—optimized for multiple channels.
Collaborate on creative campaigns that differentiate the brand and resonate with target audiences.

Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams, improving internal alignment and execution.
Partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure seamless integration of messaging and campaigns.
Performance & Measurement
Define KPIs for content and communications initiatives; track and report on impact.
Continuously optimize strategies based on data‑driven insights and industry trends.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
