Oracle EBS Developer – Dallas, TX (Remote with Occasional Travel)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EBS Developer
with strong functional and technical expertise in
Oracle EBS Financials
and
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
modules. The ideal consultant will have hands‑on experience with
Linux shell scripting , advanced
Oracle PL/SQL , and a solid understanding of business processes within EBS environments. This is a long‑term consulting role where you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, support business operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance system performance through automation and optimized development. Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within
Oracle EBS Financials
and
Procure-to-Pay
modules.
Use
Linux shell scripting
to automate tasks, integrate systems, and streamline workflows.
Write, enhance, and troubleshoot complex
Oracle PL/SQL
programs, procedures, and packages.
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Diagnose and resolve application issues, discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
Provide ongoing technical support, documentation, and training to end‑users.
Support reporting needs by developing queries, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance, system stability, and adherence to best development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
Extensive hands‑on experience with
Oracle EBS Financials
(AP, AR, GL, FA) and
Procure-to-Pay
functions.
Strong
Linux shell scripting
and command‑line automation capabilities.
Advanced‑level proficiency in
Oracle PL/SQL
development.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and functional teams.
Familiarity with other enterprise applications, ERP systems, and productivity tools.
