Create & manage service plans for annual maintenance
Manage service apprentice and/or service technician as needed
Provide technical support as needed
Perform warranty visits if needed
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance & installation for HVAC products such as heat pumps, zoning, ductwork, etc. as needed
Complete ad-hoc tasks such as city inspections, deliveries, etc.
Perform ongoing training, performance reviews & goal tracking
Complete training courses
Requirements
Perform driving record & background check
3-year related experience
Achieve goals assigned on a timely manner
Complete all onboarding tasks & courses
Following instructions
Punctuality when clocking in & out
Reliable & clear communication
Cell phone capable of downloading apps required
