The pay for this position starts at $69,126/year, with additional compensation added for higher education, licensure, and/or years of relevant experience up to $78,497/year. This position is located in Fitchburg, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.
Lead Teacher As The Lead Teacher, you will:
Prepare and teach lessons in accordance with MA Curriculcum framework and students' IEPs.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to promote best practices and ensure implementation of quality programming.
Ensure compliance with IEPs and other regulations.
Hold staff accountable to policies, procedures, and protocols, and provide direct supervision.
Work diligently to meet the needs of our students, both in the classroom, and by being a positive role model to others.
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Current Teaching License (Initial or Professional) in Moderate Disabilities required.
3 years classroom experience required.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
