Purpose Statement Boston Scientific Korea is seeking a passionate, experienced, and strategic medical device marketing expert to join our Rhythm Management Marketing team as a Product Manager, focusing on Korea. This role will cover the portfolio of Watchman from Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) therapy and Access/ICE Portfolio in Electrophysiology (EP). This person also requires leading the development and execution of integrated therapy activities combining Watchman and Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) for atrial fibrillation patients. This role requires a proactive leader who can create and drive impactful marketing strategies, valuable scientific engagement events across, and position our AF solutions at the forefront of the market. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global & regional marketing strategy for LAAC, Access and ICE products within the AF portfolio

Establish concomitant procedure (Watchman) workflows, optimize clinical adoption, and deliver market-leading solutions that improve patient outcomes and hospital efficiency

Lead and drive AF-related congress, symposia and scientific events with creativity and strong initiative, ensuring maximum collaboration with related stakeholders

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

Provide country-level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers

Develop, localize, and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns, customer education program, etc.

Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs

Ensure sales execution is aligned to strategic and tactical platform & business goal achievement

Oversee budget planning and ensure efficient resource allocation for events and marketing activities

Establish and maintain local KOL relationships to support product growth & adoption

Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits

Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders

Strong collaboration with cross functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market access, operation, QA, demand planner, finance etc.) for any product launches and supply chain and operations

Strong collaboration with regional/global marketing team to execute strategies and tactics globally, and influence their downstream plans to maximize revenue

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above

Proven track record of 5+ years of work experience in sales or marketing within medical industry, ideally within Cardiology or Electrophysiology

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good command of English and Native level of Korea

Development experience for open & honest culture

Proficiency in using MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
