  • State License: Active Arizona license - Required or IMLC
  • Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP - Required
  • Trauma Level: III, I
Schedule & Call Details
  • Clinic Hours:
  • Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
  • Friday: 08:00-12:00
  • Call: 10 days per month (primarily newborn care)
  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Coverage Options:
  • Clinic Only
  • Clinic + Call
  • Call Only (weekends) Clinical & Facility Details
  • Patients: Assigned/Unassigned rounding
  • Admissions: Required
  • Beds in Facility: 8
  • EMR: Athena (Clinic), Medhost (Hospital)
  • Clinic Resources:
  • CLIA Waived testing in-office
  • Front office staff, dedicated MA, office manager
  • Higher-level lab & X-ray at hospital
  • Full-time local in-office pediatrician
