Facility in Ketchikan, AK seeking CRNA locums coverage Rates: $240/hr (for 8 hours) Including night call (No gratis included on weeknights) Anything after scheduled 8 hr shift will be call back $300/hr. Weekend Call - $1500 to include 4 hours of gratis. Opportunity Highlights
  • Full-Time Schedule: Work 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) Monday Friday, plus required assigned after-hours call on weekdays and weekends.
  • Solo Practice: This role involves working solo and supporting a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (Adult Level IV Trauma).
  • Diverse Cases: Cover General OR Cases, OB Department Support, and ED Support. Required procedures include general anesthesia, and occasional A-lines and Central Lines.
  • EMR System: Must be a Proficient User of EPIC and SCLS is required.
  • Coverage Dates Needed: We are actively seeking coverage for 02 28 and 04 03.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia coverage for the OR, including weekday daytime shifts.
  • Manage 5 to 15 patient contacts per day, supporting a diverse patient demographic.
  • Be available for mandatory after-hours call on weekdays and weekends.
  • Provide support for the OB Department and the Emergency Department.
  • Work independently, utilizing strong judgment and clinical skills.
Requirements
  • Board Certification: NBCRNA Certified is REQUIRED.
  • Licensure: Active Alaska State License is REQUIRED for expedited credentialing ( 30 days). The facility is not willing to license new candidates.
  • Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, and ATLS are REQUIRED. (NRP and ATLS are highly desired).
  • Experience: Experience managing General OR, OB, and ED support cases in a solo or independent setting is strongly preferred.
Start Date
  • The target start date is December 22, 2025 (with an ideal start date in mid-November).
