What You'll Do: Technical Strategy & Problem Prevention Deliver proactive, hands-on support to prevent recurring technical issues Build trusted client relationships with consistent onsite presence Technology Implementation Deploy, configure, and optimize hardware/software solutions Ensure all technology aligns with company standards and client needs Monthly Change Management & Improvement Lead 48 hours/month of proactive hardening and upgrades Add long-term value without extra project costs for clients Local Audits & Documentation Conduct thorough IT environment reviews Keep client documentation accurate and actionable Long-Term Problem Management Identify recurring issues and drive permanent solutions with internal teams
What You Bring 5+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical consulting MSP experience is a must -
youve worked in client environments before Strong technical background: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking Experience with PSA/RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise)
