About the Role This newly created Solutions Engineer position plays a pivotal role bridging strategic vision and technical execution. Youll be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects across hybrid environments
supporting clients with 50110 users and helping them modernize securely and efficiently.
What Youll Own: Design and deploy hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions: networking, routing/switching, M365, backups, VM architecture, SANs, site-to-site VPNs Lead client-facing scoping meetings to understand business goals and translate them into clear project plans and scopes of work Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and documentation Collaborate closely with vCIOs, TAMs, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence
Requirements: Must have MSP industry experience Experienced in hybrid infrastructure, cloud environments, and network design Skilled in client communication, project scoping, and technical delivery leadership Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for driving projects to success
