Environmental Services Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time) We are looking for experienced janitorial or custodial staff to join Goodwill of North Georgia. This role brings pride to our community by turning donations into training and opportunities for people to overcome barriers to meaningful work. Schedule Full‑Time EST: 4 consecutive eight‑hour days. Part‑Time EST: 3 eight‑hour days. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the store, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and polishing. Operate buffers and floor scrubbers. Manage trash, bathroom cleaning, and associated tasks. Follow task outlines and comply with ISO regulations, company, and state policies for safe and secure work. Requirements Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to push, pull, lift up to 30lbs, with or without accommodations. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, reach, and grasp throughout the workday. Physical ability to process donated items, including loading and unloading. Preferences High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
