Position Highlights Position: Unit Secretary - Per Diem - Pre Admission Testing Location: Elmhurst, IL Per Diem Hours: Must be able to rotate shifts (5:30am-2:00pm and 11am-7:30pm) What You Will Do Greets and directs patients Collects required patient information Answers phones Relays important information to nurses and other ancillary departments Performs general clerical duties which may include filing, photocopying, scanning or completing patient charges What You Will Need Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent or high school level of communication and/or math skills prior to hire Certification: N/A Experience: Customer Service, professional communication skills, basic computer experience and Unique or Preferred Skills: Medical terminology experience preferred.
