Sales Associate ! Join us. The
Sales Associate
promotes our consultancy services, sells event tickets, and drives revenue. He/She conducts thorough needs analyses with a focus on aligning and directing entrepreneurs and business owners on business planning, competitive strategy development, and mid-level management and leadership development through a consultative approach. The Sales Associate leverages a highly developed “5-by-5 matrix” to support every stage of a business lifecycle from startup to early stage to mid stage to mature to acquisition and merger. He/She deploys advanced selling principles and provides timely sales advice to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing strategic support and valuable input, helping generate leads, and meeting sales objectives.
NOTE: This is an onsite position. Our office is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Empowers businesses in their growth journey through a comprehensive range of services, which includes personalized one-on-one sessions with Patrick Bet-David and other seasoned industry experts affiliated with our consultancy, small-group strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, inspiring keynote speeches, and more
Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients
Client Relationship Management: Understands clients\' needs and offer solutions from our range of services
Client Relationship Management: Guides businesses in the implementation and improvement
Client Relationship Management: Ensures client satisfaction and retention
New Business Development: Identifies and prospect new clients through various channels
New Business Development: Conducts outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
New Business Development: Presents the value of Bet-David Consulting's services to potential clients
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieves and exceeds sales targets
Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborates with the sales team to optimize revenue and client acquisition strategies
Sales and Revenue Generation: Maintains accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Product Knowledge: Stays up to date with Bet-David Consulting's services and offerings
Product Knowledge: Able to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients
Market Research: Keeps abreast of industry trends and market conditions
Market Research: Provides feedback and insights to the team to refine services and strategies
Market Research: Actively and regularly participates in team meetings
Market Research: Identifies key areas of improvement in existing sales strategies
Market Research: Creates sales plans and recommends cost-effective sales practices
Market Research: Generates useful insight about customer needs
Market Research: Facilitates interactive discussions and mentors the team
Market Research: Serves as primary sales resource and helps address issues
Market Research: Provides direction for executing policies and strategies
Market Research: Employs ethical standards
Market Research: Maintains knowledge of business operations and product offerings
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
Deep understanding of various sales practices including cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales
3+ years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales is required
2+ years of event ticket sales preferred
Must have exceptional communication and listening skills with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders
Prior entrepreneur experience preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office

Compensation: Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
