As an Occupational Therapy Evaluator, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive evaluations of children suspected of having developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in identifying individual needs and helping children reach their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessment tools such as the Bayley-4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of each evaluation. Develop comprehensive evaluation reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best care for children. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations) Qualifications
New York Physical Therapy (PT) License Experience working with children with developmental delays. Early Intervention Evaluator Experience (Preferred) Familiarity with diagnostic tools used for assessing developmental needs. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations) Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred) Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills Sunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
