Colorado Springs, Colorado Job Summary: At ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children unlock their full potential through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in our team's mission to empower children to thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT to join our team and work with our exceptional children. Responsibilities: • Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address client goals and objectives • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress • Develop and maintain a rapport with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive and supportive environment • Collaborate with the treatment team to adapt and modify treatment plans as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client data and progress • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: •
High School Diploma
or equivalent required •
1+ year of experience
working with children with autism or related disorders •
RBT certification
required; must be willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines •
$21 - $26 HOURLY
compensation package Work Schedule: This is a
