Lead HVAC Commercial Technician

My client is a well regarded Mechanical Contractor who is actively seek a Lead Technician in the Commercial HVAC market. Knowledge of Chillers, Rooftop Units, Cooling towers. Commercial Chiller Service Repair. Refrigerant Circuit knowledge. ACTIVITIES Has exceptional operational understanding of HVAC systems including split systems, DX systems, glycol, controls, etc. Ability to train customers and contractors on use of equipment Performs standard Preventative Maintenance duties on all HVAC Equipment efficiently and without requiring supervision. Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, change out compressors, failed parts, etc. on all A/C equipment. Has knowledge and ability to proficiently solder, braze refrigerant lines, water lines, etc. Communicates daily with dispatcher reporting job by job information about equipment ID, estimated time to complete job, labor hours and parts used. Communicate and work together with sales associates and senior leveled associates with customer solutions. Diagnose network issues and work with a variety of vendors to achieve successful unit integration in building management systems (BMS). Has ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on schematics and control circuits. Manages larger Start-up and Commissioning projects. Directs team of installing contractors.
