They are looking for a Partner to join their Privacy & Data Security Group in New York or Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Cross-border compliance and global privacy programs
High-profile incident response and breach management
Regulatory investigations and multi-jurisdictional enforcement matters
Data governance, cybersecurity strategy, and privacy-focused M&A diligence
Ideal Candidate
Senior privacy/data security lawyer with a portable book of US$4-10M
Proven ability to manage and grow complex, high-value client relationships
Deep expertise in U.S. and international privacy law, cybersecurity regulation, and compliance frameworks
Experienced with multi-jurisdictional regulatory challenges and sophisticated corporate clients
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
