This leadership role drives the performance and efficiency of the sales organization by managing Inside Sales, Capture, and Proposal Development teams. The Director Sales Enablement & Capture ensures disciplined sales processes, accurate forecasting, and high-quality proposals that position the company competitively in the low-voltage systems integration industry. The role involves leveraging CRM systems, analyzing market trends, and establishing metrics to optimize performance across business units. The ideal candidate combines technical industry knowledge with strong leadership and strategic planning skills, fostering collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments. This position offers the opportunity to shape sales operations, enhance capture processes, and influence organizational growth at a senior level. Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM governance. Develop and implement sales performance scorecards, KPIs, and forecasting models to guide strategic decision-making. Manage Inside Sales teams, coaching staff, standardizing lead management processes, and aligning with marketing campaigns. Oversee Capture and Proposal teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive RFP responses, including bid/no-bid decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to maintain operational consistency. Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, win/loss data, and market trends to recommend improvements and mitigate revenue risks. Advise senior leadership on sales operations, revenue opportunities, and process enhancements. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Capture/Proposal Management, and Inside Sales leadership. Knowledge of structured cabling, AV integration, security systems, DAS, networking, or related technical industries. Expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics/reporting tools. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex workflows. Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience managing complex proposals, competitive RFP submissions, and bid strategies. Benefits

Base salary range: $140,000–$185,000 annually, with potential bonuses. Additional compensation may include car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition support.
