Engineers operate on small, high‑ownership teams that function like startup units within the company, working closely with customers to architect, build, and deploy production‑grade software that drives real operational transformation.

What You Will Do
Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand their highest‑value operational problems
Architect, build, and deploy end‑to‑end applications that integrate deeply with enterprise data
Develop workflows, data pipelines, and user‑facing applications that meaningfully influence real‑world business decisions
Own projects from discovery through deployment—operating with high autonomy and speed
Iterate rapidly, building net‑new software that delivers measurable impact
Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and non‑technical partners, both internally and with customer teams
Travel as needed for onsite implementation work (project‑dependent, typically 10–33%)
Work in a hybrid capacity from the company’s New York or London offices to stay deeply integrated with project teams
Ideal Candidate Background
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability; comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into clear solutions
Proficiency in
Python
and/or
TypeScript
Experience building production‑grade applications, data workflows, or analytical systems
Ability to own outcomes end‑to‑end—comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across technical levels
Proven track record of delivering impactful software or data‑driven products
Ability to work directly with customers and communicate complex ideas clearly
Excited by fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments where priorities evolve quickly
Willingness to travel for customer engagements as needed
Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York or London for a hybrid schedule
Preferred (Not Required)
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
Experience with Palantir Foundry or AIP
Experience deploying ML/LLM‑based applications
Experience building production frontends (e.g., React)
Familiarity with distributed compute systems (e.g., Spark)
