Creditors’ Rights Attorney — Bricker Graydon LLP is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults as well as the associated loan restructuring and litigation experience that comes from such representation. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
