HCM Implementation Consultant – UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR
We’re seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant with expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR to lead end‑to‑end client implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to guide organizations through system configurations, ensure seamless deployments, and deliver solutions that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR solutions tailored to client needs.
Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to post‑launch support.
Develop test scripts, conduct system validations, and deliver high‑quality implementation documentation.
Provide expert guidance on UKG Ready functionalities and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Stay current with UKG platform updates and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery and add value.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR modules.
In‑depth functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
UKG Ready certifications (SI certifications a plus).
