These include 1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors, 2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and 3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.* Develops specifications for new and existing systems to determine program steps and sequencing.* Designs, codes, tests, and documents components for applications or other technical solutions.* Coordinates with co-workers, clients, operations and technical support on systems projects.* Works independently and sets direction on small to medium size projects.* Involved in solving problems with systems and programs.* Interfaces and initiates discussions with clients to determine requirements, resolve problems and perform testing.* Supports other analysts by performing functions, such as coding, testing, job processing, documentation, and scheduling.* Plans specific activities within a complex IT project.* Demonstrates a limited knowledge of systems and the overall business.* May require some supervision and occasional review of work.* Develop applications using Appian and related technologies.* Leverage API based integrations to bring data from external systems.* Hands-on experience with SQL, API integrations, and reporting tools.* Domain knowledge in Financial Services.* Appian certifications (Developer level or equivalent).* Familiarity with JIRA and Agile delivery frameworks.* Experience with cloud environments and deployment processes.**What We Offer** For eligible employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both the personal and financial well-being of our employees.
