What You’ll Do
Direct day-to-day nursing operations in our facility
Lead, motivate, and develop nursing team members
Collaborate with the Administrator to drive overall facility success
Maintain standards of care in compliance with federal/state/local regulations
Implement programs and policies for enhanced patient experience
Attract, retain, and mentor top talent
What We’re Looking For
Valid RN license (Ohio) in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years’ experience as DON in long-term care
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Strong ability to implement programs, policies, and procedures
