We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to serve as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors.
This role involves designing, building, and optimizing Epic Cadence applications to meet operational and organizational needs.
The analyst will provide application support, collaborate on project implementations, and ensure high-quality delivery of medium to high complexity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and workflows to configure and optimize Epic Cadence applications. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on system design, testing, documentation, and implementation. Provide application support and respond to service requests in coordination with the Service Desk. Maintain system documentation including schedules, requirements, and scope. Conduct testing strategies, validate technical approaches, and recommend solutions for issues. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
Certified or proficient in Epic Cadence module (must maintain current version training). Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex data effectively. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change. Preferred Qualifications
Associated certifications in healthcare IT or Epic modules. Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with SAFe framework. Certifications
Epic Cadence Certification or Proficiency (required). Additional healthcare IT certifications (preferred).
