Position Overview This role is responsible for developing and supporting Lawson S3 v10 applications, including Cobalt programming, enhancements, workflows, and integrations. The Programmer will work across multiple functional areas, supporting key business operations and ensuring system reliability during ongoing ERP-related changes.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and maintain Cobalt-based Lawson programs

Support enhancements and custom solutions across Lawson modules

Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve defects

Assist with Lawson workflow, interfaces, and data processes

Partner with Technical Analyst on patches, upgrades, and security impacts

Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Support cross-functional teams during code deployments and testing

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

7+ years Lawson S3 v10 programming experience

Expert Cobalt development experience

Strong understanding of Lawson architecture and module structure

SQL familiarity preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
