As part of a certified LevelII Trauma Center and integrated network, you will work alongside carecoordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialiststo deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our model emphasizes a team-basedapproach to managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, anddelivering preventive services including routine health screenings andvaccinations.
Position Highlights:
- Team-based care model withembedded support staff
- 4-day work week
- 30-minute appointment slots
- No nights or weekends
- Shared clinic call only
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited MDor DO program in the United States
- Completion of an accreditedInternal Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine
- Current Colorado medicallicense or ability to obtain
- DEA certification in goodstanding or ability to obtain
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary:$240,000-$260,000 annually
