* Cultivate deep knowledge of Amazon’s products, industry, challenges, and opportunities to provide insightful guidance and solutions to the broader dentsu business to unlock partnership potential.* Forge strong connections between dentsu practice areas and agency brands to align efforts in leveraging Amazon’s capabilities to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end Google/Amazon use cases.* Coordinate cross-functional / cross-practice stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that bring together the advertising and tech sides of the business to address needs of dentsu, clients and Amazon.* Unearth client learnings/insights, synthesize, and report back to Amazon for review, consideration, and implementation.- **ENABLE – drive scaled internal education and proficiency across Amazon ecosystem of products, capabilities, and solutions.** * **Deliverables:** + Socialize Amazon expertise and support in the scaled upskilling of the dentsu network to reduce complexity and drive innovation. + Ensure local market teams have clear view of the value output from the partnership and that local needs are being considered in partner strategy development. + Champion best practice, educational ambitions, and creation of industry-leading case studies to promote externally and across dentsu. + Collate a consolidated view of partner spend and opportunity across the network to help identify gaps/opportunities and deploy strategies in response. * **Outputs:** + Develop global dentsu / Amazon learning roadmap/curriculum, annually. + Develop always on partnership hub to house materials, creating increased visibility and access for teams, inclusive of case studies, partnership benefits, testing opportunities, partner updates/roadmap, etc.* 15+ years of experience in media& marketing landscape.* Deep knowledge of and experience with integrated media strategies and planning.* Solid understanding of client needs and how teams latch onto new products/opportunities.* Clear vision of the media/ad-tech landscape, across both “legacy partners” as well as new/emerging tech.* Proven leadership skills and ability to interact and influence at, all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, teamwork and results.* Experience in developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients.* Commitment to delivering media solutions and the ability to align team members behind said solutions.* Desire to learn new skills and link different aspects of the business.* Ability to think strategically, not just tactically; someone who can see the big picture but can articulate the all-important detail.* Exceptional presentation skills, written and oral communication.* Passionate about driving business forward and a team player.* Has participated in new business development and pitches.* Client-facing experience.* Strong managerial skills and the ability to mentor and upskill others* Willingness to travel for business
