What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system Manage communication with candidates throughout the process — from application to offer Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity Help plan and support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent initiatives Collaborate with the HR team on improving hiring processes and candidate experience Requirements Strong communication and people skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once Self-motivated and proactive — you take ownership and follow through Experience with or interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping people succeed Why Work With Us Be part of a growing, values-driven company with big opportunities Learn and grow as a recruiter in a supportive, fast-moving environment Work alongside a collaborative and passionate HR team Help build a strong company culture and high-performing team Real opportunities for career development and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
