Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:
- Process payroll for 144 individuals (45 employees paid biweekly; contractors paid semi-monthly or monthly)
- Respond to employee questions regarding compensation and benefits
- Support xrczosw performance management processes
- Assist with additional HR responsibilities as needed
Requirements of the HR Specialist:
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Comfortable working within the adult entertainment industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
