as a Senior HR Generalist with a focus on global talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people practices in the MMS business unit. Location & Employment
San Diego, CA – Hybrid remote/on‑site support model for a 4‑month W2 contract. 40 hours/week, 1st shift. Responsibilities
Report to the Director of HR and provide HR counsel and support to global functional teams in Global Services and US Region Sales & Marketing. Design, implement, and refine HR processes, practices, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and associate development. Lead or participate in the design and implementation of HR processes and initiatives that contribute to organizational success. Execute annual HR processes for client organizations including performance management, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and engagement. Drive change management initiatives, develop team building strategies, and provide coaching to managers on performance and documentation. Assist in recruitment strategy, hiring process, new hire compensation recommendations. Partner with Talent Acquisition on newly hired offer compensation and annual compensation planning. Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional HR experience, with at least 4 years of generalist experience including change management, organizational effectiveness, policy development, recruitment, compensation, employment law, employee relations, performance management, HRIS, and training/development. Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or equivalent. Benefits & EEO
