Lead SAP CRM Consultant Location: Memphis, TN

Responsibilities

Provide business process consulting, define problems, propose and create solutions, and lead configuration and deployment of SAP CRM solutions.

Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.

Shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet evolving global landscape needs.

Conduct gap analysis, functional specifications, unit, integration, and UAT activities, and deliver training materials and sessions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SAP ECC/S/4HANA SD, FI‑CO, MM, ABAP, Basis) to ensure integration and business process flow.

Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and stability assurance for the SAP system.

Maintain documentation and recommend best practices for SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, Web UI).

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or 3 years progressive experience per year of education.

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 7 years leading SAP CRM workstreams for implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Experience managing and mentoring SAP CRM consultants.

Developed project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.

Facilitated workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions.

Expert guidance on SAP CRM best practices across Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, and Web UI.

Designed, configured, and implemented complex SAP CRM solutions.

Conducted system testing, prepared and delivered training, and performed gap analysis and functional specifications.

Collaborated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, FI‑CO, MM, ABAP, and Basis teams for seamless integration.

Provided post‑go‑live support and troubleshooting.
