We value the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants and recognize their vital role within our treatment teams. Across Transformations Care Network, our growing Advanced Practice Provider team elevates care standards in the communities we serve. APs collaborate across disciplines and work alongside in‑house therapists who support patients on their mental‑health journeys. We provide education, supervision, and leadership opportunities to support their growth and development.
We are a leader in the mental‑health field, utilizing evidence‑based treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato to deliver transformative outcomes for patients.
What You’ll Do
Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with mental health clinicians who provide psychotherapy services.
Deliver interventional treatments, including TMS and Spravato.
About You
Licensed and board‑certified in the state where the clinic is located.
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral‑health experience (required).
Psychiatric‑Mental Health certification (PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych) preferred.
Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.
