Maintenance Director – Genesis Healthcare

Base Pay Range $27.00/hr – $30.00/hr

As a Maintenance Director, you will partner with facility leadership to maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained environments that support patient care and resident quality of life.
Responsibilities
Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
Supervise the maintenance department, orient new staff, and maintain department records.
Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize fire and accident risk.
Plan and manage departmental budgets and perform regular reporting.
Remain on‑call for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Operate on the TEL platform for all life safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent – basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems – prior supervisory experience.
