In-Person 1604 Rock Prairie Rd College Station TX 77845 , US The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMHC CTX) is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children and families. The Sr. Family Experience Manager – Brazos Valley is a key member of the RMHC CTX team, responsible for advancing our mission through both fundraising and program management in the Brazos Valley. This position leads donor relations, community engagement, and special events while managing the daily operations of our Brazos Valley Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, Brazos Valley Happy Wheels Carts, and volunteer programs in local hospitals. Requirements

Essential Functions: Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, event, and foundation donors Manage a portfolio of supporters and lead local grants from application to reporting Serve as lead staff for the Brazos Valley Community Advisory Council Responsible for meeting or exceeding established key performance indicators to ensure sustainability of mission-aligned programming Special Events Lead and execute Starlight Affair, Bryan Broadcasting Cares for Kids Radiothon, Brazos Valley Gives, and other community events Manage event committees, volunteers, budgets, marketing, and post-event stewardship Coordinate and participate in third party fundraising events, tabling opportunities, and speaking engagements Program Oversight Oversee daily operations of Brazos Valley Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and Happy Wheels Carts Ensure excellent quality guest family experience, policy compliance, and effective hospital partnerships Build and maintain transformational relationships with Brazos Valley hospital partner staff, leadership, clinical, and social work teams Oversees monthly and quarterly reporting to hospital partners to ensure programming meeting established guest family needs and hospital expectations In collaboration with the Volunteer Experience Coordinator, recruit, train, schedule, and support program and event volunteers Coordinate volunteer recognition and appreciation activities Community Outreach & Marketing Represent RMHC CTX at community events, media appearances, and speaking engagements Partner with marketing staff on marketing, public relations, and promotional efforts for the Brazos Valley Recruit, manage, and supervise RMHC interns in the Brazos Valley Key Qualities for Success: Deeply relational – Builds meaningful connections with families, hospital staff, and volunteers Strategic & innovative – Always seeking solutions and enhancements to serve families better Hospitality-driven – Creates a welcoming, comforting, and resourceful environment Strong communicator & liaison – Serves as a vital link between RMHC, hospital partners, and guest families Operationally minded – Ensures smooth logistics, inventory management, and Family service excellence Administrative & Organizational Leadership: Implement and leverage established RMHC technology platforms including but not limited to Bloomerang, Family Registry, RMHC App, Trello, organizational calendars, Monday project management tracking etc. Manage and maintain accurate records of family stays, services provided, and occupancy trends for all assigned programs. Periodically audit guest records to ensure accurately processed guest records, including registration, check-out, and donation records. Manage inventory for RMH, Family Rooms, and Happy Wheels Cart, tracking and replenishing essential supplies for family care. Oversee the implementation of the Medical Transportation Program (Medicaid) reimbursement program and assist staff with applying for authorization and reimbursement during our guest families’ stay. Submit invoices for reimbursement requests and track payments from managed transportation organizations (MTOs). Manage budget for Brazos Valley, including tracking and reporting. Provide data and testimonials for development, grant, and communication needs across departments. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Oversee and assist with processing mail, donations, and deposits. Attend staff meetings to contribute insights, provide solutions, and stay informed on RMHC initiatives. Salary & Benefits

Requirements: Passion for RMHC CTX’s mission and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Proven success in fundraising, program management, and volunteer coordination Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fundraising and/or volunteer management database experience preferred (Bloomerang and Family Registry a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities, lift 20 lbs., and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
