Overview The White Sox Marketing Department is looking for candidates interested in joining our 2026 Street Team. In this part‑time role you’ll represent the White Sox at events throughout Chicagoland, such as the Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Riot Fest, and Taste of Randolph Street. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for the Chicago White Sox and major league baseball, and be comfortable interacting with people of all ages.

Responsibilities

Execute successful marketing activations at events throughout the Chicagoland area (street fairs, parades, festivals); include the set‑up, operation, and teardown of activation spaces.

Interact with the community as an ambassador to promote the team with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.

Amplify key moments and initiatives for our brand in an authentic and meaningful way.

Actively engage with event attendees through conversation and the distribution of promotional material.

Be the embodiment of White Sox baseball and create positive brand experiences for event attendees.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of three events per month from March to September 2026. Weekday/night, weekend, and holiday shifts will apply, and shifts run from 2–10 hours depending on the event.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, often on outdoor or uneven ground.

Must be willing to work outdoors, potentially in inclement weather.

Must be detail‑oriented.

Must be a team player, reliable, and punctual.

Must be a strong communicator with the ability to convey the excitement and unique aspects of our team to current and potential fans at various events.

Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus.
