About The Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to turn chaos into content. You’ll manage shooting schedules, post‑production pipelines, and publishing timelines — ensuring every project hits on time, in style, and on brand.
This is both a strategic and hands‑on role: you’ll coordinate shoots, manage editors, and engage with audiences across all platforms to build strong, consistent community engagement.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the
content calendar
across multiple brands and channels
Build and maintain
shooting schedules , coordinating with internal teams and talent
Manage the
post‑production pipeline
(editors, revisions, and uploads)
Own the publishing cadence on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with flawless execution
Engage with audiences and communities across all platforms
Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content
Collaborate closely with creative leads to maintain consistency across brands
What You Bring
Experience managing creative content pipelines — from pre‑production to publishing
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Deep, tactical understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram cultures, algorithms, and trends
Great communicator with leadership instincts and problem‑solving ability
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, etc.)
Passion for storytelling, branding, and building digital communities
