As our SEO Specialist, you’ll be the resident expert on all things organic search and AI search. Your experience with technical expertise, strategic insight, and creativity will help brands stand out in a crowded marketplace.

What You’ll Do

Develop SEO goals based on the client’s KPI’s and objectives.

Perform research to gain a better understanding of target audience, brand, category, and competitive landscape.

Conduct keyword research to generate relevant keyword lists and themes for new and existing programs.

Carry out full technical SEO audits as required with recommendations for programs including:

URL structure

Schema Markup

Navigation structure

Contextual links

HTML & XML sitemaps

Robots.txt

Enhance on‑page optimization of pages based on keyword research and program goals, as well as off‑page tactics, including article syndication to enhance domain authority.

Troubleshoot and resolve website errors and issues in a timely manner or Escalate as necessary.

Report on project status to Account Manager and client team.

Support senior SEO and account teammates on client calls with technical campaign information.

Present audits and SEO performance reports to clients and account managers.

Ensure all websites and internet properties under your influence are technically optimized to attract and engage visitors that closely match the agreed target audience profile.

Suggest content improvements to improve organic traction.

Monitor key metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess opportunities and issues.

Keep updated on search marketing industry by researching, networking, reading blogs, forums, and new sources.

Share knowledge of SEO practices and provide a point of view on emerging developments and industry enhancements.

Demonstrate knowledge of SEO tools.

What You Bring

Minimum of 2–3 years of online marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.

In‑depth understanding of the search engine ranking process.

Proven track record of improving search rankings through the application of SEO best practice.

Experience writing and evaluating copy for SEO purposes.

Demonstrated knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Bright Edge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $65,000 to $80,000. The estimate displayed provides the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
