Retail Front End Supervisor – Full-Time

Supervise all store functions and associates while serving as Manager on Duty Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration Solve issues and make informed decisions to ensure exceptional customer service Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates Participate in weekly workload planning meetings Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence Requirements
At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude Full‑time schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods Base Pay:
$17.49 – $19.49 per hour Location:
