Job Description This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best‑in‑class software experiences. The candidate is a self‑motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility for the software artifacts produced, adhering to U.S. Bank standards to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop advanced AI/ML applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Build generative AI solutions, enterprise AI agents, and multi‑agent orchestration using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and related SDKs.
Design prompt architectures with Responsible AI guardrails; integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot into workflows.
Implement secure, compliant AI systems (SOC 2, GDPR) with OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and zero‑trust principles.
Collaborate on system design, CI/CD pipelines, and responsive UI development (React, Angular).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Python programming, AI/ML libraries, data handling, API design, unit testing, monitoring.
Generative AI applications on AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
Azure AI services, vector databases, cognitive services.
Enterprise AI agents and multi‑agent orchestration, enterprise‑ready SDKs.
Prompt engineering, Responsible AI, Explainable AI principles.
Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, VSCode extension development.
AI governance: data privacy, PII protection, SOC 2, GDPR compliance.
Front‑end engineering: ReactJS, AngularJS, TypeScript.
System design for distributed, cloud‑native infrastructure.
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible.
Programming languages: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, SQL, Shell scripting.
Cloud platforms: Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, modern DevOps paradigms.
OAuth 2.0/OIDC integration with Microsoft Entra, RBAC, zero trust for APIs and endpoints.
Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
