Vice President - Special Assets / Restructuring
We’re partnering with a middle-market private credit platform in New York City that’s looking to add a Vice President to its Special Assets team. This group sits within the firm’s Risk function and leads all aspects of restructuring, workouts, and turnaround efforts across a broad portfolio.
What the role looks like:
Blend of hands‑on restructuring work and select opportunistic investing
Lead and support active workouts and turnaround execution
Take ownership of delegated deals and drive outcomes across complex situations
What they’re looking for:
6+ years of experience
Background in restructuring advisory
Additional exposure to investing or underwriting (private credit or private equity preferred)
