Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager is responsible for daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations. Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply. Ensure the store remains clean and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop, lead, and support Sales Associates. Education And Experience
One (1) or more years of experience working in a retail environment (Preferred). Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings with valid vehicle insurance (Required). Job Requirements

Manage and resolve customer issues and conflicts professionally. A communication method to be reached is required. Teach and role model customer service and suggestive selling techniques. Ability to lift, stand, and remain active for shift duration; frequent movement within store. Responsible for unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and keeping shelves stocked.
