Director, Arby's Supply Chain Operations

The Director, Arby’s Supply Chain will serve as the leader of the Arby’s Brand Supply Chain team. This role has high visibility, frequently interacting with the Arby’s leadership team. The leader will understand the needs of the brand, and will be a liaison between the brand, the centralized Inspire Supply team, and Arby’s supply chain co-op. The leader should excel at relationship building and be able to build trust with others to be seen as a trusted advisor.
This position sits within our Atlanta based GlobalSupport Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop relationships with Arby’s leadership
Build relationships with key Arby’s leadership, including brand president, chief marketing officer, and chief operating officer
Understand the needs of the overall brand and each functional group within the brand
Partner with Arby's Supply Chain co-op, ARCOP
Bring key needs of the Arby’s brand to ARCOP and work with ARCOP leaders to prioritize brand’s needs and ensure appropriate resource allocation
Identify any gaps between the priorities of Arby’s and priorities of ARCOP and work with ARCOP leaders to close the gaps
Serve as a primary point of contact for ARCOP questions or concerns, and relay ARCOP feedback to broader organization
Obtain input and support from ARCOP for rolling out new brand initiatives
Represent the interests of Arby’s to Inspire Supply
Bring key needs of the Arby’s brands to Inspire’s centralized Supply Chain team and work with Inspire Supply leaders to prioritize brand’s needs and ensure appropriate resource allocation
Identify any gaps between the priorities of Arby’s and priorities of Inspire Supply and work with Inspire Supply leaders to close the gaps
Bring the capabilities of Inspire Supply and ARCOP to Arby’s
Build relationships with Inspire Supply leadership and ARCOP leadership
Understand the capabilities of both Inspire Supply and ARCOP and determine how these capabilities can be best utilized within Arby’s to create value through cost reduction, improved service, or innovation
Identify capabilities that would add value to Arby’s and champion development of those capabilities
Develop relationships with Arby’s franchisees
Establish and nurture connections with Arby’s franchisees to understand their specific needs and concerns.
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the supply chain team, ensuring that their feedback and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed.
Proactively seek feedback from franchisees regarding supply chain processes and performance and relay this information to the supply chain team for continuous improvement.
Facilitate regular communication channels between franchisees and the supply chain team to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or business discipline
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain, general management, finance, or strategy
5+ years of leadership experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
Proven track record of success in leadership positions
Restaurant / Food Service experience helpful but not required
