Schneider Electric is hiring a

Senior Business Analyst – Warehouse/Logistics

to support our Titan Transformation Program, deploying SAP across North American plants. In this role, you will lead the transition from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring warehouse management processes are optimized for end‑to‑end operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze data, and drive change‑management initiatives. Join us and play a key role in Schneider Electric’s digital transformation.

This position requires 30%-50% travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

What will you do?

Identify warehouse management business requirements and develop the SAP customer story backlog.

Act as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future‑state systems.

Manage knowledge transfer to key users, data owners, and local management teams.

Capture user feedback and identify enhancements for existing functionality.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and validate end‑to‑end process flows for manufacturing plants.

Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, and related content).

Ensure site readiness through planning, support, audits, and training.

Represent the business in program discussions with deep knowledge of current warehouse management processes and systems.

Site Responsibilities

Drive business transformation, solution decisions, data accuracy, and organizational change management.

Participate in end‑user training and hold key users and data owners accountable for deliverables.

Lead key user and project team participation in solution testing.

Working Conditions

Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexibility to work outside standard hours across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field is required.

3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehousing.

Knowledge of internal plant warehouse operations (including put‑away, replenishment, and internal logistics processes).

Experience with SAP Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management modules.

Familiarity with Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO), Configure‑to‑Order (CTO), and Make‑to‑Order (MTO) flows.

Strong data‑analysis, change‑management, and communication skills.

Proven track record of delivering results.

Leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
