seasoned Business Analyst

and a proven ability to translate data into insights that shape policy, improve quality outcomes, and drive performance. You're comfortable navigating large, complex datasets and know how to find the signal in the noise.
You're excited about the challenge of improving
HEDIS performance , contributing to
Health Plan Ratings (HPR)
goals, and ensuring regulatory and accreditation readiness — all while working cross-functionally with analytics, IT, quality improvement teams, and leadership.
What You'll Do As a key member of the
Quality Improvement
team, you'll play a central role in informing strategic decisions across our Tri-Care and Employee Health Program lines of business.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve HEDIS measure performance and support regulatory initiatives.
Leading data analysis to identify actionable trends, gaps, and performance opportunities for Quality metrics across Commercial lines.
Supporting Health Plan Rating (HPR) strategies by identifying areas for targeted improvement and tracking progress.
Creating clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards to support quality, compliance, and executive decision-making.
Delivering data‑driven insights to internal stakeholders — and presenting them with clarity and strategic focus.
Collaborating with internal partners including IT, Analytics COE, and Quality‑of‑Care teams to streamline data pipelines and enhance analytic capabilities.
Ensuring timely delivery of high‑stakes regulatory and accreditation reports.
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive experience as a Business or Data Analyst in a health care environment.
Expertise in quality reporting and HEDIS performance analysis strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in analyzing healthcare data, generating insights, and making strategic recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to translate data into impact for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HealthCare Management or related field preferred. Additional related work experience may substitute for some educational requirements. Master’s Degree preferred.
Salary Range: Minimum 33.90/hour - Maximum 55.98/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
