Our client, a fast‑growing, multi‑service staffing and HR solutions firm, is seeking a
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and drive go‑to‑market strategy across all service lines. This executive will oversee all sales and marketing functions, build high‑performing teams, and play a key role in shaping the organization’s long‑term growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
Build and execute the full sales & marketing strategy across all service lines
Drive new business acquisition and expand key accounts
Lead product positioning, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market planning
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, proposals, and negotiations
Develop and mentor a growing team of sales and marketing professionals
Strengthen brand presence, thought leadership, and market visibility
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
Deliver accurate forecasting, performance insights, and competitive analysis
Must‑Have Requirements:
5+ years leading sales and marketing in the staffing industry, specifically supporting manufacturing/light industrial
Background with a multi‑location, multi‑service staffing firm (not small/mom-and-pop)
Proven success growing revenue, scaling teams, and building GTM strategies
Strength in brand development, messaging, and market positioning
Strong executive presence and public‑facing communication skills
