About The Team

The North America Sales organization is a high‑impact, results‑driven team responsible for expanding Solifi’s footprint across the secured finance ecosystem—including banks, independent finance companies, private credit funds, OEM captives, and other specialty lenders. The team is comprised of Account Executives focused on driving growth within existing customer accounts through upsell and cross‑sell, and Sales Executives responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding Soli… This group is central to Solifi’s success and represents the face of our brand to the market—collaborating closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and sustained business growth.

About the Position

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of North America Sales, the Vice President, North America Sales will lead a growing team of Account Executives and Sales Executives responsible for driving software and services bookings and securing strategic renewals. This is a mission‑critical leadership role that combines strategic execution, team development, and direct sales engagement with key customers and prospects. The successful candidate will bring proven enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience, a strong command of complex deal cycles, and the ability to inspire and elevate a team in a high‑growth, fast‑evolving market. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, is skilled at navigating enterprise decision processes, and can align internal resources to advance opportunities and accelerate customer success.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Account Executives and Sales Executives across North America; attract, hire, and onboard additional sales talent to support aggressive growth objectives.

Drive consistent achievement of software and services bookings, as well as strategic renewals, through disciplined execution of Solifi’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Develop and manage weekly forecasts, annual sales plans, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that accurately reflect pipeline health, performance trends, and strategic opportunities.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services—to develop and execute coordinated account strategies.

Engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders to shape strategic opportunities, support proposal development, and negotiate complex six‑ and seven‑figure transactions.

Implement and refine sales playbooks, account planning frameworks, and forecasting methodologies to ensure predictable performance and transparent reporting.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence that reflects Solifi’s values and commitment to customer success.

Represent Solifi with professionalism, credibility, and integrity in all customer and industry interactions.

Travel Expectations Travel up to 50% depending on client engagements, event schedules, and business needs.

About You You are a proven enterprise SaaS sales leader with a track record of building, inspiring, and scaling high‑performing teams that consistently exceed goals. You bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong executive presence, and a deep understanding of complex B2B buying dynamics. You lead by example, equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to work deals as you are shaping long‑term strategy.

Background includes:

10+ years of progressive enterprise software sales and leadership experience; prior success leading multi‑state or regional teams.

Demonstrated success managing large, complex deal cycles with financial institutions or other enterprise clients.

Experience in financial services, capital markets, ERP, or related SaaS sectors; secured‑finance domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.

Expertise in building and managing sales operating rhythms, including weekly forecasts, quarterly business reviews, and annual sales planning processes.

High EQ, excellent communication skills, and a strong executive presence with both customers and internal teams.

A strategic mindset balanced with an ability to execute decisively in fast‑moving environments.
