What This Role Is Responsible For
Drive Chinese sales revenue across all of Crimson Education USA by developing and executing annual sales planning, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and resource allocation.
Lead and support a team of Mandarin‑speaking sales members, upskilling them and ensuring they meet individual sales KPIs; set KPIs and manage performance reviews.
Conduct sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.
Identify and establish new business partners and associations to drive revenue and promote Crimson as the ultimate brand in the college admissions support space in the USA.
Set team revenue targets, develop quarterly forecasts, and track progress using Salesforce and tracking sheets; own budget management and ROI analysis for the division.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson’s product offering and to generate referrals.
Build personal brand and network as a leader in the field (e.g., education, self‑development, entrepreneurship).
Attend and, where appropriate, host or present at live Crimson events and virtual events to build brand awareness among Chinese families in the USA.
Hire and train new sales consultants.
Work closely with the Chinese marketing and SDR teams to ensure team cohesion and growth.
Perform any other duties as required by Crimson.
Additional Responsibilities
Consistently achieve agreed‑upon monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/KPIs.
Conduct regular consultations with leads and design Crimson programs that resolve their specific needs and help them achieve their objectives.
Work with the Chinese Local Area and Digital Marketing teams to develop and enhance lead generation methods, identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase leads and sales.
Engage in outreach activities such as presenting at relevant schools or partnership events.
Develop strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and upsells.
Ensure data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson’s CRM system.
Maintain effective communication with the accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts.
Troubleshoot and address customer issues or queries.
